1. Vice-President Jeff Lundquist called the meeting to order at 11:30 AM. Attendance: 17 Members
    
2. Adoption / Amendment of Agenda: Derek Groth made a motion to accept the agenda. Jeff Lundquist 2nd the motion. Motion carried.
    
3. Acknowledgment of New Directors: Directors are Derek Groth of Lakedale Communications, Kelly Kirchner of Gourmet 2U, Brian Williams of Star Bank, Marlene Young of the Annandale Advocate, Mike Zieska of MCP Collision Center, and Charlene Donnelly of Gardendale.
    
4. Election of Officers: Brian Williams made a motion that Jeff Lundquist be nominated for President, Derek Groth 2nd the motion. Motion carried.  Jeff Lundquist is President for the year 2006 of the Annandale Chamber. Marlene Young made a motion that Derek Groth be nominated for Vice-President, Jeff Lundquist 2nd the motion. Motion carried. Derek Groth is Vice-President for the year 2006 of the Annandale Chamber. Treasurer is Jeff Burkhardt and Secretary will be Mary Wilson.
    
5. A special THANK YOU to Charlene Donnelly for serving as our President for the year 2005. Also a special thanks to the past board members Brent Morningstar and Karen Pitra for your time in 2005.
    
6. President Jeff Lundquist continued on with the chamber meeting!
    
7. Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes: Marlene Young made a motion to accept the minutes of the December 2005 meeting. Derek Groth 2nd the motion. Motion carried.

    1. Membership Committee As of this meeting, we have 128 members for 2006.
    2. Ambassador Committee: We will have a ribbon cutting on January 14th for House of Pain.
    3. Business Expo First Expo meeting will be Tuesday, January 17th. Registration forms will be out by end of January.

12. Old Business:
    1. The Business of the Year Award will be presented at the Chamber Social on Thursday, January 26th. Brent Morningstar mentioned that we need 2 new members to rotate on the Business of the Year committee. This was tabled under next meeting.
    2. After lots of discussion it was decided that clarification of new member policy be tabled.
        
13. New Business: Sue Nielson, chair for Volksmarch, (10K walk) asked for information and input from Annandale locals for use on the 10K walk that will be happening the end of July. Watch for further details!!!!
