President Charlene Donnelly called the meeting to order at 11:30 a.m.

Adoption/Amendment of Agenda

Marlene Young moved to approve the agenda, Jeff Lundquist second the motion. Motion carried.

 Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes:

 Jeff Lundquist made a motion to accept the minutes of the June 8^th meeting.  Karen Pitra second the motion. Motion carried.

 New Businesses in the Community:

Sassy’s Salon & Spa, Ben Franklin.  Grand opening scheduled for Ben Franklin, Don will check on the radio station being there for a live broad cast.

A.      Membership Committee – No Report

B.       Ambassador Committee – No Report

C.       Business Expo – No Report

D.      All-City Garage Sale – No Report

E.       Chili Cook-off – No Report

F.       Queen’s Committee –  No Report

G.       Fourth of July Committee -  Bryan Bruns reported the there were 8 bands in this year’s parade, 2 Jr. High and 6 High School bands.  The Fireworks were not as interactive this year.  Thank you form the Friends of the Library Book Sale for including them in the advertising.

H.      All Star Clown Show – Everything is underway, the stores are selling tickets.  They are available at Marketplace, Karen’s Hallmark and Ben Franklin.  Ads are out, coloring contest is a go again this year.  Thank you to Sue at the American Inn for donating the pool party prizes.

I.         Arts and Crafts – Karen Pitra reported it is the biggest show we have ever had. Need members to commit for Friday and Saturday to help with setup.  The outside is sold out.

J.        Golf Tournament – The registrations are coming in and this will be the meeting for August.  If you haven’t signed up a team yet, get your slips in soon.

K.      Halloween – No Report

L.       Community Christmas – No Report

M.     Social Committee – No Report

N.      Chamber Map – The lake associations are using the map and really appreciate them.  Suggested to start looking for a new picture of a Lake scene for next year.
