 Vice-President Jeff Lundquist called the meeting to order at 11:30 AM.

Attendance:  14 Members

Adoption / Amendment of Agenda:  Derek Groth made a motion to accept the agenda. Karen Pitra  2^nd the motion.  Motion carried.

Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes: Jeff Lundquist made a motion to accept the minutes of the May 2005 meeting.  Derek Groth 2^nd the motion.   Motion carried.

Successful – town was crowded

 8.e    Chili Cook-Off

Bergesch Computer won the Chili Cook-Off, great job by all contestants.  Large group of voters this year!!!

Bryan reported that all is going well, ticket sales for the carnival should be out early.

 8.h     All Star Clown Show

Jeff Lundquist will chair the All Star Clown Show.  Volunteers are needed for  Saturday, July 23^rd, please contact Jeff if you want to help.

 8.i      Arts and Crafts

 Karen Pitra reported that lots of new vendors are applying for the show.  Keep August 13^th open for a great show!!!        

 8.j     Golf Tournament

18-hole 4 person scamble on Wednesday, August 3^rd.  Registration at 12:30pm, Shotgun start at 1 PM,  at Whispering Pines Golf Course.  Buffet dinner & awards at Fore Seasons Restaurant, Southbrook at 5:30 PM.
