 President Charlene Donnelly called the meeting to order at 11:30 AM.

Adoption / Amendment of Agenda:  Derek Groth made a motion to accept the agenda. Mike Zieska  2^nd the motion.  Motion carried.

Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes: Derek Groth made a motion to accept the minutes of the March 2005 meeting. Jeff Lundquist  2^nd the motion.   Motion carried.

New Business in the Community: Computer Doctor, French Lake Wooden Boat, Annandale Shop & Swap and Ben Franklin

          Bryan reported that the boat parade and the city band concert will be Sunday

          Evening.   7 bands have confirmed that they will participate in the parade, we are 

          still hoping for 3 more.

           Jeff Lundquist will chair the All Star Clown Show.  Volunteers are needed for 

           Saturday,  July 23^rd, please contact Jeff if you want to help.
