 President Charlene Donnelly called the meeting to order at 11:30 AM.

Attendance:  22 Members

 Adoption / Amendment of Agenda:  Derek Groth made a motion to accept the agenda. Marlene Young  2^nd the motion.  Motion carried.

 Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes: Marlene Young made a motion to accept the minutes of the February 2005 meeting. Derek Groth 2^nd the motion.   Motion carried.

 New Business in the Community: None

 As of this meeting, we have 167 paid members.   

 8.b    Ambassador Committee

          No report

 8.c    Business Expo

          As of this meeting we are about ½ full for the Expo.

 8.d    All City Garage Sale

          No report

 8.e    Chili Cook-Off

          No report

 8.f    Queen’s Committee

          Vicki Greene reported that all is going well and there will be a full month of fun in

          May & June for the candidates.  Watch the paper for details. 

 8.g    Fourth of July Committee

          Bryon Bruns reported that all is moving forward.

 9.       Old Business:

              Annandale Chamber Business of the Year:  Brett Morningstar will stay on the 

          Committee as facilitator, and 2 new voting members, Mark Casey & Kelly 

          Kirchner will join the committee.

          Annandale Chamber Scholarship:  The committee met and with Jeff Lundquist 

         reporting back to the board.  The motion was made by Jeff Lundquist that we give 

         our $500 scholarship money to Youth First this year.   Derek Groth 2^nd the motion. 

         Motion passed animously.

 10.     New Business:

           Welcome Packets:   A group of people will work on getting more Welcome

            Packets out to Annandale newcomers.
