 President Marlene Young called the meeting to order at 11:30 AM.

Attendance:  20 Members

Adoption / Amendment of Agenda:  Mike Zieska made a motion to accept the agenda. Karen Pitra 2^nd the motion.  Motion carried.

Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes: Karen Pitra made a motion to accept the minutes of the November 2004 meeting. Marlene Young 2^nd the motion.   Motion carried.

New Business in the Community: None

Correspondence:  None

Treasurer’s Report:  A report was given by Jeff Burkhardt.  Every one reviewed the 2005 budget, a motion made by Charlene Donnelly to accept the budget, Karen Pitra 2^nd the motion. Motion carried.  Charlene Donnelly made a motion to accept the treasurer’s report, Mike Zieska 2^nd the motion.  Motion carried.

Committee Reports:

 8.a    Membership Committee

 202 membership letters went out for 2005.  Remember to save on your dues pay by the 31^st of December.  To get on the map pay by January 31^st 2005.

 8.b    Ambassador Committee

          Nothing set up for grand openings as of this meeting.  Don Nelson will be in touch.

 8.e    Chili Cook-Off

 8.g    Fourth of July Committee

          Dates are June 30-July 4.  Bryan Bruns is looking into shooting fireworks off a 

          barge in Pleasant Lake.

          Holiday Craft Fair was OK, but will not be held next year.

          Fantastic – the largest group ever for the Old Fashioned Tree Lighting
