meeting to order at 11:30 AM.

Adoption / Amendment of Agenda: Jeff Lundquist made a motion to accept the agenda. Chad
Spaulding 2nd the motion.
Motion carried.

Zieska made a motion to accept the minutes of the June 2004 meeting.

A report was given by Marlene Young. Mike Zieska made a motion to

Congratulations to Bergersch Computer, they took
1st place in both categories.
It was a great day
for Chili, and we had lots
of participants sampling
all the delicious chili offered by the chamber businesses.

The 4th of July Celebration Gala is on
Friday, June 25th and then the 4th of July is
full of activities for our ambassador’s.

Old Business:
All Clown Show (Mooseburger Camp)
Clown show is moving along nicely. It will be held July 24,
2004 at the Annandale
High School Football Field.
The clown show will start at 7 PM, with gates
opening around 6 PM. Marlene
Young made a motion that tickets should be $3 for
adults, $1.50 for youth and senior citizens. Chad Spaulding 2nd
the motion, motion
carried. Advertising
will be forthcoming as the time comes closer.
Performance Stage
Our executive board and the treasurer met to discuss what
donation we could give to help
the Act/Culture Arts Group proceed with the performance stage.
A
donation of $2500 was decided upon.
Motion was carried animously
Pork Chop Dinner
It was decided not to pursue this project at this time.

Bailey Bros Circus
A letter from Bailey Bros Circus asking us to
have another circus in Annandale,
the Chamber decided not to have another circus for a few years.
Request for Help
TJ’s Dollar Store is sending a large package
over to Iraq and asked for help on how
to send, he received many
offers of knowledge and
help.
