President Marlene Young called the meeting to order at
Attendance: 22 Members
Adoption / Amendment of Agenda: Mike Zieska made a motion to accept the agenda. Charlene Donnelly 2nd the motion. Motion carried.
New Business in the Community: DeHeiley Engineering Associates

As of this meeting we have 154 members paid. The Chamber is doing well & growing.

Everything is going real well, we have a full house this year.

As of this meeting we have 15 queen candidates, meet the candidates at the Expo.
8.g Fourth of July Committee
Committee is working hard and getting ready for a fun week-end again. Looking
for volunteers to take over the Kiddie Parade.

The committee has received many responses.

9.0 Old Business:
Annandale Chamber Scholarship:
Brent Morningstar gave the criteria and a title for the scholarship. Everything had to be turned in March 10th to meet the School deadline. Discussion was held and a motion was made by Karen Pitra to accept the committee’s recommendation. Mike Zieska 2nd the motion. Motion carried.
Business of the Year:
Discussion was tabled until next meeting
Chamber Summer Concerts:
Tabled for the next meeting.
10. New Business:
Jeff Lundquist brought to the Chamber the possibility of supporting an All Clown
Show (Mooseburger Camp) in late July. Discussion was held and Jeff will bring
more information to the next meeting.
