Board Meeting Minutes
Janaury

President Marlene Young called the meeting to order at
Attendance: 20 Members
Adoption / Amendment of Agenda: Charlene Donnelly made a motion to accept the agenda. Marlene Young 2nd the motion. Motion carried.
Acknowledge Board of Directors:
A special thank you went out to Douglas Kantor, Tim Engle, Dan Zahler, and Jon Ferrell for serving on the board the last few years. Welcome to the newcomers on the board, Karen Pitra, Chad Spaulding, Brent Morningstar, Jeff Lundquist and to those who stayed on the board Mike Zieska, and Charlene Donnally a special thank you for your services.
Election of Officers: Motion made by Karen Pitra, 2nd by Charlene Donnally to keep the same slate of officers that we had last year. Motion carried.

Secretary – Mary Wilson
New Business in the Community: MN Fitz Billiards & the Learning Tree

As of this meeting we have 106 members already paid. Remember deadline for membership of January 31st if you want to be on the Chamber City Map.

at $85.00 for chamber members. Registration forms will be out soon.

Committee’s first official meeting is January 20th. Please think about sponsoring a
candidate for the 4th of July celebration.

8.i Golf Tournament

8.k Community Christmas
Will be looking for new ideas and ideas from the Winter Committee for location
and things to do for this special time of year.
8.l Social Committee

8.m Chamber Map
A discussion on how often the map should be printed with the correct dates,
brought a vote of having it done once a year, and then see how the map goes over if
we will continue with it yearly.
8.n Kiosk
Steve Bergesch reported that the school district would like to use the kiosk for 7-
10 events. Chad Spaulding and Steve will come up with a figure we could charge
the district for the service and report back at next months meeting.

voted on to have Annandale Chamber Halloween Businesses share candy with the
little Goblins on Friday, October 29th between
