Board Meeting Minutes

President Marlene Young called the meeting to order at
Attendance: 14 Members
Adoption / Amendment of Agenda: Jeff Burkhardt made motion to accept agenda and Jon Ferrell 2nd the motion. Motion carried.
New Business in the Community:
Treasurer’s Report: Report was given by Jeff Burkhardt. Doug Kantor made a motion to accept the treasurer’s report and Mike Zieska 2nd the motion. Motion carried.
Committee Reports:

Membership dues will remain the same as last year.

Letters will be going out to businesses soon. Same agenda as last year.
8.k Community Christmas
Plans are that it’s going to be good!!!! Maybe some new ideas will come forth on
having some more activity around town during the Holiday season.
8.l Social Committee

9.0 9.0 Old Business:
A. A. Float project tabled until next meeting.
B. B. A nominating committee of Marlene Young, Doug Kantor and Jim Latour is set to look for potential officers for the coming ‘2004 year.
10. New Business:
A. A. Budget: All committee heads are asked to have numbers set for their ‘2004
budget at the November meeting.
B. B. ACT Banner: Doug Kantor made a motion that the Annandale Chamber
purchase a ACT Banner for the city. Dan Zahler 2nd the motion. After a
discussion the motion was carried to purchase a banner for $200. The banners
will be in after Christmas and we would like to place the banner in the City
Hall parking lot.
C. C. Website: Any new ideas for the website please contact Doug Kantor at
American Family. A big thank you to Doug for keeping this up to date for the
Chamber.
